What happens to returned products?
We do not operate a refurbishment or resale program for returned items — even returns from major marketplaces like Amazon are disposed of, not resold. If you experience any issue with your product, we will either ship you a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund. You can be completely assured: you will never receive a product that has been opened or used by another customer.
How long does a replacement or full refund take?
